Return policy for print-on-demand shipments
1. General information
Our print-on-demand items are individually produced especially for you after we receive your order. Due to this custom-made nature, special return conditions apply, which are described in detail below.
2. Return conditions
a. Defective and faulty goods
If the items you receive are faulty or have defects, you have the right to complain within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact our customer service with a detailed description of the defect and relevant photos. After examining the case, a replacement item will be sent to you or the purchase price will be refunded. refunded.
b. Incorrect delivery
In case of incorrect delivery (i.e. if you receive an item other than the one you ordered), please inform us within 14 days of receiving the delivery. c. Personalized items
Since our print-on-demand items are made specifically to your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged, e.g. because they do not meet your expectations or are the wrong size. We ask for your understanding that personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
d. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled as long as the order is not yet in the production process. Once production has started, it is no longer possible to cancel an order. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
3. Return
You can return the goods if they are faulty or have been delivered incorrectly. You will receive a return label. Please pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit and send them back to the address provided. Once the return has been received and inspected, a replacement will be sent to you or the purchase price will be refunded.
